You have 48 hours before your schedule appointment if you wish to RESCHEDULE. You can only Reschedule 1 time in the space of 7 days between appointments. If you can't make it to your new Rescheduled appointment date/time, unfortunately you will lose your booking fee as a NO SHOW. Booking Fees are Non-refundable, no exceptions. If you wish to cancel you will lose the booking fee and if you wish a new appointment you will need to do a new booking.
