Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ THE POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING: - Only one person per appointment. - No children, please book when you know you have some free time for your treatments, I cannot accommodate for Heath & Safety and Insurance reasons. -Free Parking - Bookings only from 18+ years old. - Any Special Requirements need to be discussed prior your booking, to see if I can accommodate. I don’t do outside hours so please schedule your appointments only on times that are available. Please email me with your special requirements and we can discuss what will be suitable and what is not. At any time, for Health and Safety and Insurance reasons, I can decline your appointment. Respect my polices and my business, the policies need to be followed and please understand this is a business and your booking treatments that I provide, I’m qualified and Insured- Booking Fees: Non-refundable, this is needed for every treatment you want to book, to secure your time slot. - PAYMENTS Available: Bank Card, Contactless, Apple Pay, PayPal, also on the Website payments. I don’t do Cash but if you wish to pay with cash you need to do this on your arrival (before we start your treatment) and have the right amount as I won’t be able to give you any change. I don’t do bank transfer. You need to have your payment option prepared before attending your appointment. - Cancelation/ Reschedule Policy: Non-Refunds, you need to give a minimum of 48hours notice to be able to reschedule in next 7 days (counting the day you want to Cancel/Reschedule). If you want to reschedule for another date, past the 7 days, this will be a charged of +£8 to pay immediately during the reschedule process. If you don't want to reschedule then your Booking Fee will cover your cancelation. - Lateness: Please be on time as this can affect your treatments and the next person waiting for their appointment after you. A fee will be added if you are 15mins late (+£3) and 20 mins late (+£5). From 30mins late your appointment will be cancelled, and your booking fee will be automatically cancelled. If you wish a new appointment you will have to book again. Please understand this is a business and I run in a schedule. The time booked was specifically saved for you. If you are late, I may have to change some parts of your treatment/s to be able to finish on time and you still be charged as normal for your booking and the late-fees. Bare this in mind... - No Shows: Your Booking Fee will cover your No Show. You may be asked to pay the full payment if I haven't heard from you at all, and you will be automatically restricted to book again in the future specially if you decide to not pay the rest of the amount due. - All maintenance appointments (infills, etc.) will need to be booked on the time required on the aftercare handed out to you or recommended by the therapist. - After Care needs to be followed. Fail to do this, it may compromise the quality of your treatment. —GIFT VOUCHERS: if you are booking with Gift Voucher please contact me directly to redeem, you can only use each voucher ONCE. If you are book with your GIFT VOUCHERS and wish to cancel or no show, unfortunately your Voucher can’t be used again and your voucher cost will cover your cancellation/no show.
